This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by Macloud (“we,” “us” or “our”) through our website and mobile applications and how we use that information.

We use technologies like cookies (small files stored by your browser), web beacons, or unique device identifiers to anonymously identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience. Our systems also log information like your browser, operating system and IP address. We do not use or collect your precise geographic location. 

We don’t collect personal information from children with our applications.
When you download and use our mobile applications, we don’t require you to provide any information and we don’t collect any information about you or your device, except for the following: 
(i) We may collect non-personal information about how the App is used, such as the screens viewed and actions taken within our mobile applications. 
(ii) Email addresses of parents who wish to receive mail from us. 

We do not knowingly contact or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information. We generally do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with other companies. We use email addresses provided to us only to send a newsletter parents subscribed to or to answer support requests and we use other information solely to enhance and improve our applications. We may share your email address and support information provided to us to our support providers, for the purpose of providing support to you. We also may share identifiable and anonymous information to third parties in these circumstances: (a) with your express consent, (b) when we have a good faith belief it is required by law, (c) when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property, or (d) to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets. Your consent will not be required for disclosure in these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent permitted by law to do so.

Ad companies may use and collect anonymous data about your interests to customize content and advertising here and in other sites and applications. Interest and location data may be linked to your device, but is not linked to your identity.
